"They gave us a wrong room with shared bathroom so we had to stay for one night not two, no staff at night or at check in. Other rooms are great and good people. Need a refund for the cancelled night. "

It is conveniently located right next to the Oriente train station, which is less than 10 mins away from the airport, very close to a nice shopping mall and many restaurant options in the area, plus a beautiful rooftop bar. Our room was clean, comfy beds and pillows. Staff was great. I will be using this hotel again when traveling to Lisbon."
